My spouse and children suggests I are afflicted with OCD…OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DEHYDRATING LOLOL…I dehydrate almost anything….somethings I would not waste my time/electrical power accomplishing once again….but all in all….I try every little thing…also have a vac sealer but like to store alot of my bounty in one/two gallon mason canning
